What you'll do
Financial Controlling & Reporting: Manage financial plans, execute month-end closing activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement improved processes, create RACI matrixes, and drive operational excellence. Data & Analytics: Dive deep into data analysis for cash visibility and budget management. Enhance project management tools and maximize the use of existing data and analytics resources. Change and continuous improvement: Leading change initiatives in a global manufacturing environment. Generate insightful reports, provide strategic advice, and ensure action follow-ups. Key User Responsibilities: Manage financial accounting for Capex projects, oversee the indirect purchasing process via Coupa, coordinate the internal control cycle, and ensure accurate depreciation and valuation of assets
What you'll bring
4+ years of experience in accounting and reporting Proficiency in internal control and financial reporting, advanced MS Excel skills, and experience with SAP/BW, Spotfire BI, and Oracle HFM is preferred. The capability to challenge commercial assumptions, address deviations, and drive corrective actions. Strong ability to build effective working relationships across boundaries and functions. Able to work independently in a complex, matrixed environment. Salary between €4,400 and €6,400 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role. A work week of 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme. Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0,23 per km (max. 30 km one way). 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours.
