What you'll do
As a Business Analyst at Atos, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations evolve with clarity and confidence.
Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs
Define scope, goals, and requirements with stakeholders
Translate insights into user stories and high-level software designs
Advise on future-proof processes, including automation strategies
Develop workflows and diagrams to visualize solutions
Manage the requirements backlog and align regularly with stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities and lead optimizations
Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Engineering, Info Management or similar)
4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlogs, refinements)
Familiar with tools like BPM, UML, and concepts like TOGAF
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Certification in IREB, BABOK, ITIL, or similar? That’s a plus
Industry experience in government, finance, or manufacturing = bonus
