Internal Communications & Engagement Intern

As our new communication & engagement intern, you will be part of our local HR team at our Research Center in Utrecht, The Netherlands. You will support us in the activation of the Communication & Engagement Plan to create a safe and enthusiastic experience for employees.

Your main responsibilities include:

Create and design visual communication for events, projects and global campaigns

Support the execution of different campaigns, exploring new creative ways to communicate, increase engagement, coordinate and organize events

Activating and animating global content for internal matters

Collaborating with different stakeholders on our strategic communication

Support activities around our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, culture, and well-being

Support on internal events organization at the office

You are a Bachelor/Master student in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Relations or HR. You have a strong affinity for communication, graphic designing and digital tools, storytelling. You have visual and video editing skills. Great at Power Point, Canva and project management. You are a team player who is not afraid to speak-up and take charge!

Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.

Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.

For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.

Available to start in January/February 2027 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week (hybrid)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Able to work from our Utrecht office at least 2-3 days per week.

Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and acquire a BSN.

A competitive gross internship allowance of 650 euros per month (based on a full-time internship);

Home working allowance of 2.45 euros per day;
