About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for our SNU Global. In this role, you will work with the SN Liquid and powder Director to support the engineering teams located in factories in definition, development, execution and start-up of capital projects in for Global SNU. In your role, you will also contribute to Global SNU Engineering team evolution, specifically contributing to developing and implementing new tools, methods and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to preparation of the CAR documents by Plant Engineering teams by making sure the best practices, methods and ways of working are properly implemented
Challenge Engineering solutions to maximize use of assets and reuse of idle assets, also suggesting technological improvements when confirmed relevant and reliable
Where needed you will support teams in project execution, commissioning and start up. You will upskill and strengthen the teams in the factory to secure best in class execution of CAPEX projects, pr
In cooperation with Engineering Category Director and with plant teams, develop the Strat Plan / Master plan of your cluster in terms of capacity evolution / LTO / Efficiency / Obsolescence / digitalization, for each factory.
Coordinate workload, support and debottleneck project preparation and execution for your cluster
Make sure Engineering teams on site are using right standards and tools, identify gaps if any and follow up corrective actions
Secure best in class project preparation, project execution, capex reporting and people workload owing to regular follow up on site with engineering teams
Market Intelligence new technologies plus market and competition development
Job Qualifications:
Experience and working knowledge in:
Integrated automation and controls technology High speed packaging systems design SN process and powder engineering and PMO, 3A standards Manufacturing plant utility systems Must be organized and self-disciplined to accommodate the management of concurrent projects Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend or late shifts, during installation/startup periods
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science or relevant degree from an accredited College or University
8 to 10 years of experience
At least 5 years of relevant Engineering experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing
Experience with large scale projects > 25 Mio
Previous people management experience required
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
