This is a senior/lead role so we expect the candidate to be able to lead technical discussions, address complex problems, articulate technical matters to PO and CJEs(Customer Journey Experts /Business Analysts) in a way that they can follow, guide juniors and peers and be able to collaborate in cross-squad requirements.
