What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational transformation, or program management. Develop and execute the change management and engagement strategy for the COCKPIT Program. Drive stakeholder engagement across sectors, business functions, and IT organizations to build awareness, understanding, and commitment. Assess organizational impacts of control requirements and implementation activities. Develop change, communication, and adoption plans supporting control framework deployment. Create communication materials, presentations, updates, newsletters, and awareness campaigns for various stakeholder audiences. Organize and facilitate workshops, town halls, trainings, and engagement sessions to support implementation and adoption. Partner with subsector leads, control owners, and implementation teams to identify change risks and mitigation actions. Monitor stakeholder readiness, adoption progress, and feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements. Support the development of training materials, guidance documentation, playbooks, and onboarding content. Establish and maintain stakeholder networks and communities of practice to drive long-term sustainability. Track and report change management effectiveness, stakeholder engagement metrics, and organizational readiness to program leadership. Act as an ambassador for the COCKPIT vision, translating complex compliance and control concepts into practical and understandable messages. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Information Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience with ASML’s IT organization preferred. Experience supporting large-scale transformation, compliance, digitalization, or process improvement initiatives. Experience working in a complex, global, or high-tech environment. Proven experience developing and executing communication and change management strategies. Familiarity with compliance, risk management, IT governance, or security-related programs is a strong advantage. Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar organizational change methodologies is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Ability to influence without formal authority. Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills. Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset. Experience managing organizational change in complex environments. Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities. Ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling, engaging messages. Analytical thinking with the ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
