Home Join the team Product & Implementation Engineer Dordrecht Product & Implementation Engineer Cofano is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Product & Implementation Engineer who will play an important role in the successful implementation and optimization of our logistics software solutions for our customers. At Cofano, we are at the forefront of innovation in the logistics sector. We develop advanced software solutions that help companies optimize their logistics processes. Your role is varied and includes: Implementation: Together with the Implementation Manager, you will carry out implementation projects at our customers, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Product Development: You will translate customer feedback and market trends into concrete product improvements and work closely with our development team. You will test new developments and improvements. Technical Support: You will provide technical support to our customers. Sales Support: Possibility to support our sales department with demos and answering questions from potential new customers. Product Training: You will develop and provide training for customers and internal colleagues. Here's what we're looking for in you: Technical Background: You have a HBO/WO level of working and thinking with a technical background (for example, computer science, business administration, or logistics) or you have a logistics background and affinity with software development. Hands-on mentality: You are a doer and enjoy solving complex problems independently. Commercial Attitude: You have a customer-oriented attitude and can easily understand the needs of our customers. Good Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical matters in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Team Player: To provide good service to our customers, it is essential that you are a good team player.
