Manpower is hiring night shift mail sorters for PostNL’s sorting center in Zwolle (Anthony Fokkerstraat 2, 8013 NS). This is a flexible job where hours depend on PostNL’s workload so there’s no fixed hour guarantee. However, you must be available for at least 15 hours per week. Shifts typically last 3 to 5 hours.
Important: The location is not easily accessible by public transport, so your own transportation is required.
As a Mail Sorter, you’ll be responsible for:
- Operating mail sorting machines
- Standing for long periods during your shift
- Lifting and moving heavy mail containers
- Ensuring all mail is sorted accurately and efficiently
This is a physical and active role that requires attention to detail, every item must reach the right destination!
What you'll bring
- Good command of Dutch and/or English, due to safety instructions and communication
- Own means of transportation for morning, evening, and night shifts
- Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

Working hours
Shifts are scheduled between 23:00 and 07:00. You will be assigned hours within this timeframe. An average shift lasts 3 to 5 hours.
