Manager ServiceNow - Technology Consulting

As the foundation of this transition, we are seeking colleagues who can effectively function as a Manager ServiceNow within our ServiceNow practice. As a Manager ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs Leading offshore implementation teams Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements Defining and promoting best practices in implementation as well as (agile) ways of working Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development Collaborating with non-technical disciplines to achieve optimal solutions (such as experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, operational teams) Advising clients on how technology can enhance efficiency, sustainability, and business success In addition to these responsibilities, you also have the freedom to develop other initiatives and shape your career in your own way.

A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree At least 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably in the areas of risk or security operations You are comfortable in client conversations, pre-sales, communication, and leading and guiding technical teams You are available for at least 32 hours per week
