About the role

Leverage your expertise as a senior consultant / manager in Financial Due Diligence and make a difference in the transaction world. With us, you will have the opportunity to conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide valuable insights to the owners and management teams of our clients. As part of our team, you will be involved in assessing financial information, identifying risks and opportunities, and presenting clear reports. Do you want to use your financial expertise to contribute to successful transactions? You will analyze the historical and projected results of the company, its financial position, and other complex issues, using data analytics, combining insights from various sources, and conducting interviews. By analyzing (projected) EBITDA, working capital levels, and balance sheet positions, you will map out the value drivers, opportunities, and risks of the company. Together with the team, you will translate your conclusions into specific points of attention for the valuation and structuring of the transaction. This will provide input for negotiations regarding the purchase price and terms of the transaction. You will be the critical link in the M&A process with your team, maintaining close contact with other advisors, both within and outside EY, and other stakeholders in the transaction. Contribute to the development of the team, both professionally and informally, and play a role in building client relationships.
