EY-Parthenon - Senior Manager - Transaction Diligence

You have at least 8 years of work experience in mergers and acquisitions, and have strong affinity with corporate finance, and the financial world in general. You hold a master's degree in Finance, (Financial) Economics, Finance & Investments, Accounting & Financial Management, or another finance-oriented or technical field. You have strong commercial acumen and experience in leading teams and engagements. You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. You are experienced with Microsoft Office and Excel, and have an affinity for working with new data analysis tools (Alteryx and Power BI).
