Network Engineer

In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manage our cutting-edge network infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and reliability. You'll be a key player in our operations, working closely with customers, handling escalations, and driving technical excellence across our global services. What you will do and what you bring:

Designing, implementing, and optimizing global corporate networks based on customer needs, ensuring secure and high-performance connections Collaborating with our Support team, NOC and partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction Collaborating with our Sales team to identify and support new opportunities, as well as enhancing services for existing customers Performing network performance analysis and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and scalability Providing technical support for escalated issues and acting as a key technical resource for both internal teams and customers Assisting in the deployment and management of our Data Center and Firewall Infrastructure Staying updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to maintain operational excellence and security As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility, manage larger projects, and influence the future of our services.

A minimum of 5 years of network engineering experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level networks A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology (preferred) Cisco CCNP certification (or higher), or equivalent qualifications or experience in network engineering Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, and other network security solutions Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on mentality to address a wide range of tasks, from deployment to issue resolution Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments with excellent communication skills Project management skills with a structured, systematic approach to managing tasks and deliverables Strong English communication skills (Dutch is a strong plus) Willingness to travel within Europe for short business trips
