About the role

As a Paid Media Intern, you will be part of the digital marketing and e-commerce teams, collaborating closely with the Paid Media Specialist. Your role involves supporting and optimizing advertising activities across various channels, including PPC, paid social, display and affiliates. The internship offers a dynamic learning experience, providing hands-on exposure to the intricacies of paid media within fashion. You will be working daily with internal stakeholders and external partners such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

What you'll do

Assist the Paid Media Specialist in the planning, execution and optimization of paid media campaigns

Work closely with the media agencies to support with the coordination and implementation of paid media plans

Assist in maintaining a content calendar for paid media campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing initiatives

Reviewing and testing of ads to ensure they align with the brand’s messaging, visual standards and campaign objective

Monitor and analyze campaign performance through internal dashboards and Google Analytics, providing insights to enhance the paid media strategy

Support in trade reporting and prepare weekly presentations

Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, buying, social media and retail marketing to ensure close alignment

Collaborate with external partners such as Google, TikTok and Snapchat to stay up to date on platform updates and new features.

Work closely with the creative team and support in briefing, and reviewing creative content and copy

Coordinate and save all paid media content in online folders

Assist in liaising with the translation agency to ensure advertising materials are accurately translated and relevant for international markets

Support in monitoring spend against budget and provide administrative support

Support with monthly validations of sales

Create benchmarks and perform competitor analysis

What you'll bring

Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period

Keen knowledge and interest in digital marketing and data analyzation

Experience with premium brands or the luxury sector is preferable but not a must

Previous marketing or e-com internship preferred

Experience and proficiency in MS Office software suites and preferably also in Google Analytics

Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of an additional language (one that is served on KARL.com) is a nice advantage.
