As a Senior manager FP&A – EUV NXE at ASML, you help shape the future of semiconductor technology. What you'll do
As Senior manager FP&A – EUV NXE, you partner with business leaders to guide financial planning and performance. You lead a small team and ensure high-quality financial insights that support decision-making. In this role, you will:
Lead the long-term financial planning and annual budgeting process for the EUV NXE Business Line. Prepare and deliver monthly financial reviews with accurate and relevant insights. Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable plans. Support business case development to enable informed strategic decisions. Drive improvements in financial planning tools, processes, and reporting quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance management practices. Manage and develop a team of two direct reports.
What you'll bring
To succeed as Senior manager FP&A – EUV NXE, you bring:
A master’s degree in business economics or a related field. A recognized controller qualification (e.g., Registered Controller). At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business control. Experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes. Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP BPC, SAP BW, and BI reporting. Background in high-tech or complex business environments.
