IBM MAXIMO Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Lead the technical design and development of IBM Maximo EAM solutions. Support Maximo implementations, upgrades, customizations, and enhancements. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Maximo solutions and customizations. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Maximo environment. Support testing activities, including system/integration testing and defect resolution. Provide technical support during go-live and post-go-live activities. Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across Maximo environments. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Strong development experience with Java, XML, and SQL. Proven experience in Maximo implementations and upgrades. Ability to write complex SQL queries and develop reports using BIRT. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting data migration and technical integrations. Experience with Maximo Anywhere or Maximo Mobile is an advantage. Exposure to cloud-hosted environments such as IBM MAS, AWS, or Azure is desirable. Experience in the utilities industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with proficiency in Dutch and English. Certifications IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Application Suite as a Service certification is preferred.
