DevOps Engineer

At SD Worx HR, we're building a scalable Core HR platform that serves customers across multiple countries and markets. To support our growth, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, platform engineering, reliability, and improving the developer experience.

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms. Drive automation and reduce manual operational work. Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability. Support production environments and incident resolution. Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Technical Leads. What You'll Bring Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a similar field. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. A continuous improvement mindset and ownership mentality. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Nice to Have Experience with: Azure DevOps Monitoring and observability platforms Automation and scripting Cloud technologies Platform Engineering and SRE practices Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
