Technical Designer

As a technical designer at OZ, you will work on a wide range of projects, from final design through to implementation. You will use your technical knowledge and creativity to develop and refine architectural models within a BIM environment. You will use Revit and various Autodesk/Adobe software to ensure the design is effectively translated into practice. At every stage, you will be a valuable link within the design team. You will work independently as well as alongside colleagues who, like you, value quality, collaboration and forward thinking.

A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Architecture (structural engineering) At least 5 years’ experience in technical design and modelling in Revit Strong architectural insight with an eye for aesthetic quality Interest in innovation and sustainability Knowledge of building regulations, legislation, structural engineering and detailing Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written Knowledge of clash detection software such as Solibri/BIM Collab and/or visual programming software such as Dynamo (experience with visualisation software such as the Adobe suite and Twinmotion/Enscape is an advantage) Availability of at least 4 days per week (salaried position)
