Superintendent SRI

THE POSITION As Superintendent within our Subsea Rock Installation team, you are responsible for the safe and efficient execution of offshore installation activities worldwide. You play a leading role during operations on board our vessels and work closely with the vessel crew, survey team and project team. You coordinate day to day offshore activities and make sure operations run according to plan. Whether it is covering pipelines, installing scour protection or managing rock dumping activities, you know how to keep overview while staying connected to the people around you. YOUR IMPACT Every successful offshore installation depends on strong operational leadership. You make sure the right decisions are taken at the right moment and create an environment where teams can perform at their best. In this role you will: Lead offshore installation and rock dumping operations on board our vessels Monitor operational progress and make adjustments where needed Coordinate with survey teams, vessel crew and project stakeholders Prepare operational documents, daily reports and work plans Lead toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture YOUR WORKPLACE You will work on projects across the world within a highly specialised offshore environment. You combine technical knowledge with practical leadership. You understand offshore operations and know how to motivate teams in challenging conditions. You also bring: A technical or nautical background at MBO or HBO level Experience in an offshore supervisory role within subsea rock installation Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written A hands on mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure Willingness to work on projects worldwide, preferably based in Europe
