About the role
As Senior Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of MVSA Architects. You will lead our business development team, nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and partners, and strategically expand our portfolio in international markets. With your vision, network, and commercial insight, you will translate opportunities into concrete projects and partnerships that align with MVSA’s creative and strategic ambitions.
What you'll do
Lead and inspire the business development team; define and implement a clear commercial strategy.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, developers, investors, and public stakeholders.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on international markets.
Develop and execute strategic market expansion plans in line with MVSA’s vision.
Coordinate tenders, pitches, and strategic collaborations with (international) partners.
Represent MVSA Architects at international events, conferences, and networking forums.
Work closely with the board, design teams, and marketing to enhance the firm’s global positioning.
What you'll bring
7–10 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within architecture, real estate, or design industries.
Demonstrated success in international business growth and client relationship management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for architecture, design, and innovation.
Ability to translate creative vision into commercial success.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or other languages is an advantage.
