About the role
BI Impulse is a major Finance Data & Tech transformation program aimed at delivering to all Company Business Units a shared Performance Management model and technology stack (Tagetik EPM & PowerBI) creating the conditions for the controlling teams to increase efficiency, agility, accuracy and data exploration / analysis capabilities needed to lift Finance business partnering role and impact.
The Digital Finance Continuous Improvement Manager is a key role within the RUN Finance support organization to sustainably ensure user benefits by driving challenging activities from adoption/empowerment to functional support (+ go-between with IT), simplification and continuous improvement of shared model (from process and tool perspectives) as we continue to push ambitions and deployments forward.

Evolve in an international environment, build your network across local and central organizations, develop your knowledge and skills on FMCG industry controlling processes, tools and transformation project as well as on change management.
Ensure Users and Local Process Owners (key users) empowerment and autonomy Provide (together with DEPLOY) functional support (+ go-between with IT) during Post Go-Live hypercare for newly deployed entities (transition/stabilization phase) and subsequently responsible for live entities
Capture feedback on blockers/enablers and set action plan with Local Teams to maximize usage, efficiency, added value and business impact
Engage Local Finance to streamline business processes (analyze Actuals, build Rolling Forecast, manage scenarios, animate business planning) leveraging new capabilities delivered by the program
Support the design of TGK and Power BI reports / dashboards (methodology, expertise, best practices, etc.)
Ensure alignment with controlling needs and context evolutions (new use cases, shared model enhancement, gap retrofit).
Animate the overall enhancement process, from the user needs collection / specification to the release and change management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RUN support model (animation, monitoring, incident management, enhancement management, knowledge management).
Closely collaborate with Parallel applications that connect to the P&L, such as Ops module for COGS and Flex for scenario modelling.
