Global Tax Operations Intern - Amsterdam

As an Intern in Global Tax Strategy and Operations, you will support our Tax team in Amsterdam with hands-on work that contributes to our global corporate tax and VAT strategy, compliance and reporting processes. You’ll gain real experience in a dynamic international scale-up, working alongside experienced tax professionals and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Support strategic tax projects in the area of tax planning, tax technology implementation, supply chain management, transfer pricing and finance/tax process improvements Assist with the preparation and review of tax compliance deliverables across jurisdictions Support data collection, analysis, and tax reporting using spreadsheets and other tools Help maintain tax calendars, documentation, and internal filing accuracy Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support tax process improvements Conduct research on tax requirements and legislation that affect multinational activities Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, with a focus on Accounting, Controllership and/or Tax preferably final year

Strong communication skills in English Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, functions, data analysis) Accurate, proactive, and organized with a genuine interest in tax operations Eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative team environment Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, with a focus on Accounting, Controllership and/or Tax preferably final year
