Solution Architect - Camunda

• Lead architecture and solution design for Camunda-based BPM applications.

• Design process orchestration integrating microservices, APIs, Kafka, and legacy systems.

• Define BPMN/DMN modeling standards, governance, and best practices.

• Develop and oversee workflows, decision tables, forms, and integration components.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment governance.

• Ensure scalability, resilience, performance, and operational readiness of Camunda implementations.

• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and design governance.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Camunda platform performance and availability.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, portfolio leads, client managers, and technical teams.

• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across the solution lifecycle.

Camunda Platform 7/8 BPMN 2.0, DMN, CMMN

Java, Spring Boot REST APIs and Microservices Architecture

Apache Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture Kubernetes and Docker

Cloud-Native Application Design CI/CD and DevOps Practices

Performance Tuning, Scalability and Resilience Enterprise Integration Patterns

Other / Preferred Skills :

• Camunda certification is preferred.

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, or managed cloud platforms.

• Experience with process analytics, process mining, task orchestration, and workflow modernization.

• TOGAF or enterprise architecture experience is an advantage.

• Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage technically with senior technology and customer management teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and advisory mindset.

• Leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving architecture governance.

• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
