Camunda Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Camunda Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and workflow automation solutions using the Camunda BPM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design BPMN-based workflows.

The candidate should possess strong business analysis skills, process modelling expertise, and a good understanding of workflow orchestration and digital transformation initiatives.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and process requirements.

· Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.

· Conduct workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions.

· Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

Process Design & Modeling

· Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards in Camunda Modeler.

· Create process maps, workflows, decision models, and business rules.

· Identify process bottlenecks and recommend optimization opportunities.

· Design end-to-end workflow solutions aligned with business goals.

Camunda Platform Responsibilities

· Work with solution architects and developers on Camunda implementations.

· Define workflow orchestration requirements using Camunda BPM.

· Create and maintain BPMN, DMN, and process documentation.

· Support process automation initiatives and workflow governance.

· Participate in testing and process validation activities.

Stakeholder Management

· Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.

· Present process models and proposed solutions to stakeholders.

· Facilitate requirement review and sign-off sessions.

· Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Testing & Support

· Define acceptance criteria and business test scenarios.

· Support UAT planning and execution.

· Analyse defects and coordinate resolutions.

· Monitor production workflows and suggest enhancements.

· Microservices architecture concepts.

· Understanding of Java-based applications.

· SQL and database fundamentals.

· Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) knowledge is an advantage.
