Recruitment Specialist

As Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services while partnering closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and external stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and labor market developments, ensuring that Haskoning attracts, engages, and retains top talent. In addition, you will support key HR processes, helping to create an excellent employee experience from recruitment through onboarding. Partner with advisory groups and hiring managers to align workforce planning and recruitment strategies with business objectives. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and agency management. Provide labor market intelligence and recruitment insights to support data-driven talent decisions. Support HR administration activities including onboarding coordination.

You are a proactive and relationship-oriented recruitment professional who enjoys connecting people with opportunities. You are able to balance multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and work independently in a dynamic environment. With strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset, you know how to identify talent, influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within engineering, consulting and international environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate fit, competencies, and future potential. Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with local and international stakeholders.
