Home Job Detail Job Information Posting Date 21-Aug-2026 Requisition ID 3409 States/Provinces/Cities Buenos Aires Location Type Hybrid Business Unit Business Professionals Function Technology Full Time or Part Time Full Time Description & Requirements The Applications Engineer will provide expert support and management of a portfolio of applications in Practice Solutions focusing on application reliability, performance, capacity, security and maximizing the overall value of the portfolio.

What you'll do

Provide technical and functional support to the business acting as an escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex issues for all applications in the portfolio Take ownership of incidents or problems assigned and see these through to completion on a timely basis Assist the Portfolio Manager with the analysis of applications/solutions and project-related tasks Assist with the development of standardization and rationalization plans and ensuring the products meet the changing needs of the business through the lifecycle of the product Assist with the proactive maintenance of systems by planning and adopting updates in a timely manner and determining the impact on existing operations by consulting with other IT teams In alignment with Firm priorities, participates in projects for enhancements and changes necessary to meet changing business requirements for their managed products Maintain application documentation in the relevant knowledge repositories. Provide training to the Service & Support Teams Maintain and improve professional and technical knowledge and keep abreast of innovation and changes relevant to the portfolio. Maintain existing relationships with application providers within the product portfolio Contribute to team effort through communication, cooperation and coordination with other IT teams. Understand how the practice and business professionals use the applications in the portfolio, monitoring licensing numbers and adoption and ensure they are being used efficiently. Technical skills, qualifications and experience Experience supporting and troubleshooting legal technology applications, including document automation, knowledge management, e-signature, collaboration, and AI-enabled legal solutions. Understanding of legal and professional services workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements and user challenges into effective technology solutions. Knowledge of M365 cloud platforms such as SharePoint and OneDrive Experience with M365 Apps and M365 Copilot Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships and open two-way communication Ability to work independently and as a cohesive member of a team Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently Ability to learn new skills in a short period of time Excellent analytical ability To understand the importance of teamwork both within the team and the wider IT team Ability to translate functional issues and questions into application solutions Communication skills - demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in business language, in both oral and written formats (English) Fluent in written and spoken English
