About the role
Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As Project Manager, you will work on diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients unique environment.
What you'll do
KEY DELIVERABLES Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), Business Process Owners (BPOs), Procurement, Finance, GBS and Technology teams to create detailed project plans and direct the completion of large, complex S2P/P2P transformation projects. Support the design and implementation of standardised global S2P/P2P processes and target operating models, driving process harmonisation across countries, business units and functions. Develop and maintain deployment roadmaps covering business process, technology, people, change and transition activities for global, multi-country S2P/P2P transformation programmes. Support ERP and procurement technology-enabled transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle or similar enterprise platforms, coordinating business and technology workstreams. Identify risks, dependencies and issues across the programme. Develop mitigation strategies and coordinate actions to meet organisational goals, milestones and objectives. Own day-to-day project delivery, proactively building trusted relationships with Procurement, Finance, GBS, business and technology leaders to drive alignment, collaboration and execution. Establish appropriate programme governance, sponsorship and stakeholder alignment around initiative goals, scope, solution, budget and schedule. Facilitate regular project and governance meetings to accelerate delivery. Clearly communicate project strategy, progress, risks, issues and escalations to stakeholders and senior management, including executive leadership teams. Establish and monitor S2P/P2P governance, KPIs and process performance metrics, leveraging data insights to measure results and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Contribute to the longer-term design and implementation of an S2P/P2P Centre of Excellence, including governance, capabilities, standards, performance frameworks and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The consultant should have strong experience in S2P/P2P or Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay transformation, with a good understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and their interaction with Finance. Proven experience supporting or delivering transformation within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services (SSC) or Centre of Excellence (CoE) environment. Experience working with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Business Process Owners (BPOs), functional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to standardise and optimise end-to-end business processes. Should be comfortable with large-scale ERP and procurement platform implementations or transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle or similar enterprise solutions. Experience supporting global, multi-country deployments and operating model transformation, including process design, harmonisation, business readiness and transition activities. Strong knowledge of project and programme management approaches, methodologies, planning, execution, governance, tools and phases of the project lifecycle, including RAID management and executive reporting.
