Omschrijving opdracht In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of fit-out activities on site, working with contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure the works are executed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed project requirements. Manage and coordinate the execution of fit-out works on site. Coordinate contractors and subcontractors involved in interior construction, finishes, MEP and specialist installations. Plan and coordinate fit-out activities in line with agreed project milestones and construction interfaces. Review fit-out drawings, specifications, layouts and work plans and ensure that the works are executed accordingly. Coordinate the installation of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, finishes and building services, where applicable to the project. Manage interfaces between architectural, structural and MEP works, identifying and resolving clashes or coordination issues. Monitor the quality and progress of fit-out works and follow up on required corrective actions. Coordinate different trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient sequencing of the works and minimise delays or conflicts. Identify construction issues and provide professional input and practical solutions. Maintain effective communication with contractors, the project team and other relevant stakeholders. Monitor progress, risks, interfaces and outstanding works and provide regular professional updates to the relevant project stakeholders. Resultaten Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Fit-Out Manager, Site Manager or similar role. Demonstrable experience managing fit-out and internal construction works, preferably within technically complex environments. Experience coordinating multiple contractors, subcontractors and specialist trades. Good understanding of fit-out construction processes and MEP interfaces. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Strong knowledge of construction coordination, planning and quality management. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and take ownership of an agreed scope of work. Good command of English, Dutch is nice to have. Please note: Due to the client’s extensive background screening requirements, candidates must already be based in the Netherlands, have valid working rights and be able to meet all applicable client screening requirements. Wanneer een specifieke opdracht kan worden uitgevoerd door een ZZP-er, spreken wij een tarief af voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van deze opdracht bij onze opdrachtgever. Hiervoor moet zowel de klant, de opdracht als de ZZP-er aan verschillende voorwaarden voldoen. In een aantal gevallen is onze klant op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de uitbreiding van haar eigen organisatie.
