City : Zaandam State : Noord-Holland (NL-NH) Country : Netherlands (NL) Requisition Number : 47085 Manager Tropical Oils We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced member of the tropical oils sustainability team. Supply Chain Manager to drive the implementation of our tropical oils sustainability strategy across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with sourcing teams, suppliers, industry stakeholders, and sustainability experts to ensure the delivery of responsible, traceable, and deforestation-free palm and coconut oil supply chains. Key Responsibilites: Drive Tropical Oils Sustainability Strategy: Implement NDPE-related initiatives and support projects that create sustainable impact in palm and coconut oil supply chains. Manage Supplier Due Diligence & Compliance: Review, assess, and approve suppliers while guiding sourcing teams toward sustainable and compliant partners. Ensure Deforestation-Free Supply Chains: Monitor supplier performance, investigate sustainability risks, manage supplier engagement, and support grievance resolution. Lead Sustainability Data & Reporting: Oversee palm sustainability monitoring through ArcGIS, conduct spatial analyses, and translate findings into stakeholder-ready reports and presentations. Engage and Influence Key Stakeholders: Align sustainability objectives with business needs, represent the company at industry events (RSPO, POCG, conferences), and build stakeholder confidence. Deliver Sustainability KPIs: Achieve traceability, NDPE, and deforestation-free targets, support EUDR compliance, and ensure successful completion of annual NDPE IRF audits. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business Management, Forestry, Earth Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in sustainability, responsible sourcing, supply chain management or a related discipline. Strong understanding of sustainable supply chains, traceability systems, and responsible sourcing principles. Proficiency in GIS tools, with hands-on experience using ArcGIS Pro for spatial analysis, mapping, and sustainability monitoring. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Why Work at Bunge?
