This includes the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC); International Transport Workers' Federation Union (ITF) collective bargaining agreements for all seafarers onboard; the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW); and the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS).
