We also encourage our masters and their teams to regularly share their ideas and experiences to ensure we continue to improve the way we run our fleet and build on our inclusive and progressive culture onboard. Just as importantly, we comply with all relevant international regulations, agreements, and conventions on seafarers' fair treatment and welfare. This includes the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC); International Transport Workers' Federation Union (ITF) collective bargaining agreements for all seafarers onboard; the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW); and the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS).
