As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at myBrand Conclusion, you help clients optimize their HR processes and implement solutions that truly add value. You work for leading organizations such as Mammoet, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Refresco, contributing to global SuccessFactors rollout projects. You are part of an experienced team and work on-site, hybrid, or at the client’s location. Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Advise clients on HR processes and improvements. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Participate in global SuccessFactors projects for a variety of organizations. Opportunity to obtain SAP certifications and continuously develop your expertise.

You work in a team of 45 colleagues, 25 of whom focus daily on SAP SuccessFactors. You support clients in optimizing HR processes, ensuring a professional employee journey, and building long-term client relationships. You advise on legislation, technology, and HR trends, and you are never alone because you can always rely on your team and colleagues.

Implement, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors solutions. Advise clients on HR processes and optimal configuration of SuccessFactors. Collaborate with colleagues and client teams to deliver valuable results. Contribute to the professional development of yourself and your colleagues. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

You have knowledge of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors, are analytical, and have strong communication skills. You are able to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions. You are proactive, independent, flexible, and able to handle resistance during change projects. What you bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Experience with HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors. Willingness to work hybrid and on multiple client locations. Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset. Positive and critical attitude when contributing to the development of colleagues.

Direct permanent contract for 32-40 hours per week. Salary indication: €46K – €85K/year including holiday allowance. Collective profit sharing: successful together? That comes with a bonus.
