As an SAP Retail Consultant at myBrand Conclusion, you operate at the heart of the dynamic retail landscape. You are more than a system expert you are the link between business and technology, helping organizations think and act with a future-oriented mindset. You translate retail challenges such as omnichannel complexity and changing consumer behavior into smart SAP solutions, leveraging best practices and the fit-to-standard approach. Advising customers on Idea to Market, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill and Order to Cash processes Implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP retail solutions Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to add value to business processes

As a medior/senior SAP Retail Consultant, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients from mid-sized companies to large retail chains. You analyze customer needs, configure SAP solutions, test and document processes, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the Retail expertise team. You engage directly with stakeholders, advise on process improvements, and support migrations to S/4HANA.

You are analytical, communicative, and a natural connector between business and IT. You excel at explaining complex retail processes and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused, and innovative environment with colleagues who share your drive. What you bring At least 3–5 years of experience with SAP retail solutions (MM, SD, QM, PP, EWM, TM, PM, or CS) Experience with implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA Retail processes Bachelor’s or master’s level thinking and working skills Ability to translate business processes into SAP solutions Strong communication skills and persuasiveness Analytical, results-oriented, and proactive mindset Willingness to work in a hybrid model and be present at client locations

Immediate permanent contract for 32–40 hours per week Salary range: €52K – €85K+/year including holiday allowance Collective profit-sharing: successful together?
