You are the trusted advisor guiding clients through their financial transformation. You translate financial ambitions into smart SAP solutions, combining deep expertise with a strong focus on client relationships. You support clients in setting up and optimizing their financial chain, from General Ledger and Controlling to Treasury and Group Reporting You advise on process improvements and S/4HANA FICO implementations based on Best Business Practices You work closely with financial stakeholders, project managers, and sales, taking a leading role in project execution

As an SAP FICO Consultant (mid-level/senior), you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing financial processes across various clients. You translate business needs into concrete SAP solutions and support implementation, configuration, and user training. You actively contribute to presales, system analyses, and the development of services, ensuring projects are delivered in a structured, efficient, and successful manner.

Guide clients through FICO implementations in the Discovery, Prepare, and Explore phases Analyze financial processes and translate them into practical SAP solutions Advise on process optimizations and system configuration within Finance Work closely with project managers, sales, and stakeholders, monitoring planning and execution Support presales, system analyses, and innovation projects within myBrand Conclusion Contribute to improving services, tools, and knowledge sharing across the organization

You are analytical, proactive, and a natural connector between business and IT. You communicate clearly at all levels and know how to make complex financial matters understandable. You enjoy working in a dynamic, client-focused, and innovative environment alongside colleagues who are just as motivated as you. Your profile Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role Knowledge of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, Controlling, and Consolidation Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent) Experience translating business processes into SAP FICO solutions Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels Analytical and results-driven, capable of leading projects and teams Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be present on client sites
