You are the trusted advisor guiding clients through their digital transformation in asset and maintenance processes. You translate business objectives into concrete SAP solutions, combining deep expertise with a strong focus on client relationships and process improvement. You play a key role in the Discovery, Prepare, and Explore phases of SAP EAM projects You analyze business processes and translate them into practical SAP solutions based on Best Business Practices You work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and sales, contributing to the smooth execution of implementations

As an SAP Business Consultant EAM (mid-level/senior), you are the primary point of contact for clients during their transition to S/4HANA, from Public Cloud to international greenfield implementations. You map service and maintenance processes, advise on process improvements, and configure SAP solutions together with the team. Additionally, you contribute to presales, internal innovation projects, and tool development, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.

Your profile Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Consultant or in a similar role Knowledge of SAP S/4 Enterprise Asset Management and service & maintenance processes Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent) Experience translating business processes into SAP solutions Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels Analytical and results-driven, with experience leading projects and teams Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be present on client sites
