You are the trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their business goals with SAP. You combine process knowledge, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to build valuable solutions together with your team. You are involved throughout the entire journey: from analysis, process modeling, and design to advisory and implementation. You inspire clients and colleagues alike, guiding transformations within S/4HANA environments. You translate complex business needs into practical SAP solutions and play a central role in the Discovery, Prepare, and Explore phases.

As an SAP Business Consultant (medior/senior), you work on a variety of SAP projects, including S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, international greenfield projects, and conversion initiatives. You analyze processes, advise clients on best practices, and translate strategies into tangible SAP solutions. You are closely involved in presales, system analyses, and research activities, ensuring the project team can work efficiently and successfully.

You guide clients through the Discovery, Prepare, and Explore phases of SAP implementations You analyze business processes, identify needs, and translate them into practical SAP solutions You advise clients on processes, system configuration, and optimizations You work closely with project managers, sales, and business stakeholders to steer projects You contribute to the development of new services, tools, and knowledge within myBrand Conclusion You ensure projects are executed in a structured, efficient manner with maximum impact

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Consultant or in a similar role Knowledge of SAP S/4 and one or more process domains Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent) Experience translating business processes into IT solutions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical and results-driven, capable of guiding projects and teams Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be present on client sites
