You are a leader who effortlessly guides teams and clients through complex technical challenges. You combine deep technical expertise with coaching skills to deliver high-quality, scalable OutSystems solutions together with your team. You are involved in the entire development process: from architecture and design to delivery and optimization You ensure your team grows and shares knowledge, making every project a success You translate complex client requirements into robust and future-proof software solutions

As an OutSystems Tech Lead, you are responsible for the design and execution of OutSystems applications for our clients. You monitor quality per sprint and release, keep a close eye on non-functional requirements, and guide the development team during implementations. You ensure processes run smoothly, coach colleagues, and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.

You initiate and guide OutSystems projects from analysis, design, and development to testing and delivery You monitor progress, quality, and application architecture, coordinating with clients, product owners, and your team You build strong relationships with clients and provide advice on architecture, integrations, and process optimizations You translate complex challenges into concrete solutions and support technical proposals You lead the development team, peer-review code, coach colleagues, and help the team continuously improve Together with the myAppX team, you strive for stable, efficient, and future-proof applications that deliver maximum impact

You take responsibility and show initiative in technical decisions and team development. You ensure projects run in a structured and successful manner and help colleagues grow in their roles. You enjoy working with an energetic and ambitious team in an Agile and innovative environment. Your profile At least 3 years of experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead and 5+ years in software development Experience with integrations, architecture challenges, and data modeling Experience leading and coaching development teams Technical knowledge of architecture principles such as 3-layer canvas, containerization, and integration patterns Analytical and results-driven: able to maintain oversight in complex projects and balance the interests of clients and colleagues Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and regularly be on-site at client locations
