You are an expert in developing OutSystems applications and connecting systems and processes. You don’t just look after the interests of our customers, you also ensure smooth collaboration between colleagues and partners. That requires strong analytical skills, solid technical knowledge of OutSystems and a sharp eye for quality. You are involved in the entire development lifecycle: from gathering requirements and designing and building, through to testing and delivery. You help set up new applications and advise customers on smart and sustainable solutions. You get plenty of room to use your creativity and technical expertise to make projects a success.

As an OutSystems Consultant (medior/senior), you are responsible for delivering impactful and reliable applications for our customers. You work closely with the myAppX team, the product owner and end users. You develop applications, support colleagues, peer review code and actively contribute to process improvements. You advise customers on optimal solutions and help further develop the OutSystems platform, so that our applications deliver maximum value and are future-proof.

You initiate new OutSystems projects and guide them from requirements gathering, design and development through to testing and delivery. You monitor the progress, quality and architecture of the applications and continuously align with colleagues, the product owner and customers to manage expectations. You build strong relationships with customers, advise on best practices, integration patterns and process optimisation, and share knowledge with colleagues. You actively contribute to new projects, translate customer needs into concrete software solutions and help shape technical proposals. You review code, coach colleagues where needed and contribute to improving the development process and internal knowledge sharing. Together with the myAppX team, you always strive for stable, efficient and future-proof applications that create maximum impact for the customer.

You take ownership and independently come up with smart software solutions. You organise and structure your projects so that everything runs smoothly, from development to delivery. All of this to deliver applications together with the myAppX team that are reliable, scalable and future-proof. You enjoy working with colleagues who are just as enthusiastic about OutSystems and software development as you are, in an entrepreneurial, Agile environment with plenty of room for growth and innovation. What you bring At least 3 years of experience as an OutSystems Consultant or in a similar low-code development role Experience in building, maintaining and improving OutSystems applications Knowledge of software architecture, such as the 3-layer canvas, containerisation and integration patterns Analytical and results-driven: you keep oversight in complex projects and know how to balance the interests of customers and colleagues Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and to be regularly on-site at customers
