Biotechnology, Eindhoven MLops Engineer Responsible for deploying and optimizing machine learning pipelines to support advanced biotechnological solutions, enabling reliable, scalable, and automated data processing.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in MLOps or Data Engineering roles, preferably in biotech or life sciences Proficient in ML pipeline tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and model monitoring
