Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field 15 years of experience project management, in the complex low-volume customized machinery Proven success in leading complex, multidisciplinary development projects through a structured product management process Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
