You’ll be part of our Execution Team, working alongside experienced Technical and Lead Consultants and Project Managers. From day one, you’ll dive into meaningful client challenges running interviews, analysing business‑critical data, crafting sharp insights, improving the governance and steering progress through portfolio tools. Shape the portfolio strategy: Translate strategic ambitions into a clear, manageable portfolio, guiding clients on what to start, stop, or accelerate, and ensuring initiatives stay aligned with strategy and deliver measurable value. Diagnose and advise: Lead project and portfolio analyses through interviews, process mapping, and maturity assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Design and embed PPM governance: Set up and improve decision-making frameworks, prioritisation cycles, and portfolio reporting, using tools and dashboards to create structure, track progress, and drive accountability. Enable decision-making: Facilitate portfolio reviews and steering sessions, giving leadership teams transparent insights to make informed calls. Support delivery: Help clients implement the project approach, ensuring clarity in scope, planning, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Build capability: Coach project teams and PMOs in new ways of working, strengthening delivery capability and embedding portfolio discipline. Grow the partnership: Play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey and strengthening long-term relationships alongside your project work. Contribute to practice growth: Support internal initiatives and share your expertise to help develop the Brainboss practice. Collaborate with Brainboss colleagues: Deliver high‑impact transformations together. You are a perfect fit if you: Have at least 8 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum C1 level) Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) from a recognised university. Have proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training Have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in project build, test, and launch phases Have strong background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions Have solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles Are proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills Are analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Are knowledgeable of SAFe practices (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner, SAFe for Teams) and are willing to acquire relevant certifications.
