Senior Manager - Agentic Finance Operations

As a Senior Manager Agentic Finance Operations, you’ll be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation Consulting team within Business Consulting. At EY, you’ll help finance leaders modernize how finance operations are designed, delivered, controlled and continuously improved. You will lead programs that simplify finance operations work, strengthen control, improve experience and unlock measurable value — combining Finance Operations expertise with practical digital, automation and agentic AI capabilities. In this role, you will: Lead high-impact Finance Operations transformation programs from strategy and assessment through design, implementation, adoption and value realization. Advise CFOs, finance transformation leaders, GBS executives and Global Process Owners on how to simplify, standardize, automate and responsibly agentify finance operations work. Design future-ready finance operating models across process, organization, service delivery, governance, data, controls, technology and performance management. Redesign / reimagine with AI at the core end-to-end finance processes across Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Intercompany, Controls and Finance Service Management. Prioritize and scale practical use cases for workflow, automation, analytics and AI across finance operations. Shape agentic finance use cases, including invoice processing, vendor queries, payment exceptions, collections, dispute management, reconciliations, cash application, close orchestration, flux analysis, management reporting and finance service desk interactions. Create roadmaps that connect workflow redesign, AI agents, orchestration, human oversight, controls and adoption. Work with multidisciplinary teams across finance, data, AI, ERP, workflow platforms, service management, risk, change and managed services. Build trusted senior client relationships and contribute to high-quality proposals, market propositions and team development. Help grow EY’s Agentic Finance Operations position in the Netherlands by connecting local market needs with EY’s global assets, methods and alliance ecosystem. You will work on strategic transformation agendas with globally connected EY teams across finance, technology, data, AI, risk, tax, sector and managed services. You will help shape EY’s market position in Finance Operations and Agentic Finance, connecting business transformation, AI adoption and measurable value creation.

8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance transformation, Finance Operations, Digital Finance or GBS. A strong track record in Finance Operations transformation, with measurable impact across efficiency, quality, control or service experience. Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Intercompany, Controls and Finance Service Management. Proven ability to design operating models, governance structures, performance frameworks, business cases and transformation roadmaps. Experience with technology enablement across ERP, workflow, automation, analytics, process mining, service management, intelligent document processing and AI. Ability to translate AI-enabled finance opportunities into practical, controlled and scalable transformation outcomes. Strong understanding of data, controls, governance, risk, auditability and regulatory expectations in finance environments. Experience leading teams, managing complex delivery environments and engaging confidently with Global Controllers, finance transformation leaders and senior business stakeholders. Experience creating executive-ready deliverables, including assessments, business cases, process designs, roadmaps and leadership presentations. Commercial mindset, with experience shaping value-led proposals and market-facing client narratives.
