UX Designer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Design and deliver user-centric UX solutions based on business and user needs. Conduct user research, usability studies, and UX analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate UX concepts and recommendations clearly. Manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements throughout the design process. Strong User Experience Design and User Research experience. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with Dutch required for stakeholder communication. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
