About the role
Job Title: Account Manager - Ingredient Processing - Europe
Location: Austria - open to other European locations (Netherlands, Germany, France)
The Account Manager – BCIP Europe is responsible for driving profitable growth across a defined portfolio of customers within the Baking, Confectionery & Ingredient Processing (BCIP) segment.
The role centers on accelerating growth in Ingredients Processing through strong customer engagement, proactive opportunity development, and effective execution of regional commercial strategies.
What you'll do
Own and develop a portfolio of customers, driving profitable growth and long-term partnerships
Build and execute account plans aligned with BCIP regional strategy
Identify, develop and convert a robust sales pipeline in CRM (Atlas)
Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract management in line with company guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer projects and win new business. Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and market insight generation to support decision-making
What you'll bring
5 -10 years’ experience in commercial account management preferably within the ingredient processing industry.
Strong technical understanding of ingredients and their applications, with the ability to discuss customer needs and collaborate with technical teams.

In Austria, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 54.642 with the possibility of increase depending on qualifications and experience.
