Project Manager (Infrastructure)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Mobility & Infrastructure team in Vietnam. In this role, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, primarily within Vietnam, while collaborating with international teams. As a Project Manager at Haskoning, you contribute to delivering complex infrastructure projects that improve connectivity, safety, and sustainability. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and international environment with strong focus on quality, innovation, and personal development.

You will take a leading role in managing infrastructure projects across Vietnam, coordinating with local and international experts for the projects, and occasionally manage or support international assignments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project delivery from initiation through completion. You will join our team working on large tunnel, bridge, and infrastructure projects. Samples of projects you may contribute to: Tunnel projects in Vietnam and abroad Urban Mass Rapid Transit projects Masterplanning and Transport Oriented Development projects Oosterweel: A major underground infrastructure project in Western Europe. These projects aim to improve the living environment and present plenty of interesting and challenging issues to solve. Your daily responsibilities include: Managing infrastructure projects through all phases (planning, design, execution, and close-out) Ensuring all project administration and contract management processes are followed Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating internal and external resources Monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, and risks Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local and international standards Working with our business developers and clients to identify project needs, draft proposals, and win work Collaborating with international teams within Haskoning We support your career growth with extensive training opportunities and the freedom to choose your development path. You are an organized and proactive professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You can manage complex projects, build relationships, and guide teams toward successful delivery. Furthermore: A university degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline Minimum 5 years relevant experience in managing infrastructure projects Solid understanding of soil and rock mechanics, ground–structure interaction, and geotechnical risk Proven experience delivering projects within Vietnam or similar markets Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, risk, quality) Ability to manage stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and authorities Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and verbal) Ability to work independently while leading teams effectively Able to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.
