About the role
The Global Traineeship in HR is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to drive people-centric solutions in a global business context. Over the course of two years, you’ll take on two challenging assignments in different areas of HR, such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Business Partnering. In your first rotation, you may work on strategic HR initiatives, such as designing leadership programs to nurture future leaders or implementing diversity and inclusion strategies across the organization. In your second rotation, you could focus on operational excellence, working directly with business units to manage workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. By the end of the program, you will have developed the leadership and functional expertise needed to excel in HR at FrieslandCampina.

Example rotations Global Learning & Development Specialist As a Global Learning & Development Specialist, you contribute to building the capabilities of FrieslandCampina's workforce. This may involve designing learning journeys, supporting leadership development programs, analyzing learning needs, and coordinating global learning initiatives that help employees grow and prepare for future challenges. People Advisor In a rotation as People Advisor, you support managers and employees on a wide range of people-related topics. This may include talent development, performance management, organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement. By combining business understanding with a people-focused perspective, you help create a positive and high-performing work environment.
What you'll bring
Hard requirements 0-2 years of work experience Strong academic background from a relevant university Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a HR related field Affinity with HR, organizational development, and talent management Fluent in English Personality & Mindset Reflective, adaptable and eager to learn Collaborative mindset Open to relocation (domestic/international) Relevant extracurricular, internship or work experience that shows leadership potential Ability to handle pressure in fast-paced environments
