Senior operational risk, H&S specialist

Purpose As part of the central services team, you will drive Another Star's efforts to achieve world-class compliance in the domains of Health, Safety, Security & Risk Management. This includes researching, strategizing, and implementing best-in-class practices aimed at creating a safe environment for our employees and guests. In this role, you will lead the rollout and maintenance of the Another Star Safety & Security framework globally, with a particular focus on the US market. Mentoring and guiding a specialist, you will oversee gap analyses and enforce citizenM standards for Fire, Food, and Workplace Safety. The ultimate objective of your role is to fortify the resilience of our hotel operations and elevate guest and employee satisfaction across all compliance domains. We are looking for an experienced, high-impact safety/security professional who thrives on operational risk management, strategic workstreams, and cross-functional leadership. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in this domain, you will regularly collaborate with senior leaders across multiple functions within the Support Office, including Operations, Legal, HR, Facility Management, and Food & Beverage. Your primary focus will be our US hotel portfolio and will include collaborating closely with our US teams. This involves adapting your schedule to US East Coast hours approximately two days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with regional teams.
