EN NL Talent Acquisition Junior Career Coach You understand how high potential graduates should start their career. It all starts with meeting you in a career coaching session. Your activities As a Career Coach you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our talent pool of master's and PhD graduates with a background in data, finance or analytics. You find, select and eventually invite high-potential candidates for a career coaching session with you. Together you develop a stunning career vision. Your day-to-day activities include: Finding and connecting with the right master and PhD students for our Talent Programs using LinkedIn; Inviting candidates for a career coaching session based on their resume and phone interview; One-on-one career coaching sessions where you provide sustainable career advice based on DISC profiles and core quality quadrants; Maintaining your candidate pool by contacting them on a regular basis and keeping your candidates informed about opportunities; Matching the right candidates to the right client projects based on background, skills and competences; Representing Mploy Associates at online and offline career events; Providing in-house training in personal development for your candidate pool; Creating an unforgettable candidate experience with valuable insights for all stakeholders.

You are a hard worker, go-getter and possess good communication skills. With your enthusiasm you connect high potential candidates to our organisation. It speaks for itself that you are ambitious, self-reflective and dare to be confident in an authentic way. Furthermore: You have 0-3 years of work experience and want to learn everything about talent acquisition and development; You want to put into practice your skills that you have acquired during your bachelor’s or master’s; You have a passion for talent acquisition and development; You have an affinity with talent solutions within data, finance and analytics environments; You are eager to develop yourself on personal, professional and theoretical level; You are fluent in Dutch and English. We offer the opportunity to become a recognized Career Coach in an environment where we train you to excel as a high-end professional. In addition, good working conditions are equally as important to us. A salary range between €3,000 and €4,000 per month (including holiday allowance); 25 days of paid annual leave; Professional and theoretical training combined with personal coaching on a weekly basis; Besides in-house training opportunities, an external development budget of €2,000 per year to obtain relevant certifications; An international working environment with driven and ambitious colleagues from all over the world.
