Deepening AI applications You work directly on AI implementations at clients and continue to build your expertise in applying AI within organisations — with LLMs, AI agents, automation and data-driven analyses. Experience with complex client programmes You work with organisations on challenges at strategic and tactical level, such as AI strategy, governance and realising concrete use cases. Broader insight into consultancy delivery Alongside your substantive work you gain insight into how consultancy projects are organised, how teams collaborate and how programmes are successfully delivered at clients. You also get the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of Kodify's AI consultancy practice, with a lot of autonomy in how you shape projects and client relationships.

As AI Delivery Consultant you combine hands-on AI consultancy with team guidance and coordination of project delivery. The role has a clear player–coach character: ±80% of your time you work actively on client projects, ±20% of your time you focus on delivery, team guidance and project coordination. You switch between multiple client projects, support consultants in their work and ensure projects run structured and are delivered with high quality. You work closely with colleagues who determine the substantive AI direction within projects.
