We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the Netherlands.

The following skills and experience are mandatory: Extensive (15+ years) business development experience in Defence, Space, Security, ICT, and/or institutional markets. Strong understanding of Dutch MoD procurement structures and needs. Full business capture lifecycle experience. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Dutch nationality is required. Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill. Must be eligible to obtain the required security clearance. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. The following skills and experience would be highly desirable: Prior service in the Dutch Armed Forces is considered an asset. Experience with Dutch MoD procurement.
