Senior HR Business Partner

You play a key role in helping our organization adapt and grow. You lead organizational changes, support restructurings, and drive culture initiatives that create a positive and productive work environment. By working with leaders and applying effective change management approaches, you help employees and teams successfully navigate business transformation.

You are also responsible for talent, performance and supporting leadership development. You drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development activities, while coaching managers to strengthen their leadership skills, improve performance, and support employee growth. You identify capability gaps and help create development plans that prepare the organization for future needs.

As a trusted advisor, you ensure that HR policies, processes, and employment legislation are applied consistently and effectively. You provide guidance on employee relations matters, support workforce changes and reorganizations, and help managers address complex people issues with confidence.

Building strong relationships is an important part of your role. You work closely with leaders, managers, employees, HR colleagues, and external partners to align people priorities with business objectives. Through these partnerships, you help create shared understanding, manage expectations, and support business success.

Furthermore, you use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. By translating insights into clear recommendations and improvement actions, you support informed decision-making and help the organization build a stronger and more effective workforce.

Finally, you contribute to continuous improvement by leading or supporting HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and HR processes. You help standardize and improve ways of working, ensuring HR services continue to add value to the business.

Work and thinking level

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field

Strong understanding of strategic HR management, organizational development, and workforce planning

In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, employee relations, and change management

Broad understanding of talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness

Ability to translate business strategies into HR and organizational initiatives

Understanding of HR analytics and data-driven workforce decision-making

Work experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within complex or regulated environments

Proven experience as HR Business Partner supporting leadership teams and managers

Experience leading or supporting organizational change, restructurings, and transformation initiatives

Experience advising on complex employee relations and labor law matters

Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development

Experience working with Works Councils and stakeholder management in matrix organizations is preferred

Employment for 32-40 hours per week.

Salary between € 5.290,02 and € 7.604,37 (based on full-time employment).

8.33% holiday allowance and a 13th month payment.
