Financial Administrator - Parttime - 20-30 hours per week We are looking for a driven and precise **Financial Administrator** who feels at home with day-to-day bookkeeping work and who can also handle month-end and year-end closing flawlessly. You work independently, while also being a team player who communicates with colleagues and clients in both Dutch and English. The role is office based, in the centre of Amsterdam, between 20-30 hours a week, to be divided over 4 or 5 days. ‍ What will you do? Handle daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks Be responsible for month-end and year-end closing Prepare and deliver reports to management As well as assist in audit reporting to the holding Create and process invoices Fully record purchase, sales, and bank transactions Ensure compliance with Dutch tax laws and regulations Identify and resolve discrepancies in the bookkeeping Support VAT filings and other tax obligations Assist/prepare in the creation of budgets ‍ What do we ask? Completed education in accounting, business administration, or equivalent (MBO) Proven experience as a bookkeeper for 3+ years Strong working knowledge of accounting standards (NL GAAP/IFRS) and how to apply Solid knowledge of Dutch tax laws and regulations Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written Good command of English, particularly technical/professional terminology Accurate, strong with numbers, and resultoriented Experience with bookkeeping software is a must (e.g. Exact, NetSuite) Able to work independently and meet deadlines ‍ What do we offer?
